In The Dungeon & Label Artists
Cinematic Music Videos, Campaign & Ads Management
2021 to Present
I directed and shot a series of cinematic music videos that brought the project’s dark, introspective soundscape to life. These videos weren’t just visuals—they were visual interpretations of emotion, memory, and identity.
Each video used a different visual language—some poetic and abstract, others stark and grounded—to mirror the themes in the music: grief, isolation, healing, and transformation. This intentional variety allowed the visuals to stand as standalone art pieces while maintaining continuity as a visual series.
Multi-Video Direction
I oversaw the entire video series: planning, location scouting, visual scripting, shooting, and post. The result was a cohesive but tonally diverse set of visuals that gave ITD and their artists a distinct visual signature.
Visual Identity & Colour
Using a hybrid of Blackmagic and Sony cameras, the visuals range from rich natural light to stylised lighting setups, layered with textured colour grades that evoke mood as much as place.
Narrative & Abstract Edits
Some videos leaned into non-linear storytelling and slow cuts. Others used sharp pacing, handheld chaos, and voiceovers to create emotional intensity and contrast.
Campaign Assets
I also created teaser cuts and visual loops for social media to promote the videos before release, helping drive initial traffic and engagement.
This body of work is a reflection of how music video production, when deeply aligned with the emotion and intention of the artist, becomes a powerful extension of the sound itself. For In The Dungeon, the visuals didn’t just follow the music—they elevated it.
